Management Program Assessment

Client: US Department of Energy, Environmental Management Consolidated Business Center

Through the joint venture SUNSi, ANSi is providing independent internal evaluation and recommendations on the cleanup and waste management options at the Hanford Site to the Assistant Manager River and Plateau (AMRP) and Deputy Manager. Our Executive Management Advisor is proactively identifying potential risks/opportunities through review of the program and evaluation of program elements throughout the country.  The diverse range of participants includes: the US Department of Energy (DOE), Richland Office; Office of River Protection, DOE contractors, the US Environmental Protection Agency, state regulators, and other stakeholders. The scope of work also supports the development and implementation of plans to mitigate identified risks and exploit identified opportunities for improvement.

Our Executive Management Advisor is performing a comprehensive assessment of the cleanup and waste management program to evaluate program planning and implementation. Specific detailed assessments will follow.  ANSi provides support activities as requested in areas such as strategic planning, regulatory strategy, permitting issues, and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) strategy.
